Research Abstract

紫外線発癌モデルマウスにおけるサリチル酸マクロゴールピーリングによる発癌抑制が、シクロオキシゲナーゼ阻害による直接作用であることを否定した。機械的ストレスシグナル伝達物質のひとつである活性化ERKの発現が施術により変化することを示した。
