Research Abstract

先天性角化症や表皮水疸症の患者についてPCR法、DDGE法、ダイレクトシークエンス法を用いて遺伝子変異解析を行い、いくつかの結果を報告した。一部の疾患においては、臨床的重症度と遺伝子変異の種類・部位との相関についての所見を見出すことができた.
