| Research Abstract |
MRI装置は磁場強度が高くなると磁化率効果への感度の上昇により出血性病変をより鋭敏に描出できる可能性がある。本研究ではこの点に着目し子宮内膜症のMRI診断における3テスラ装置の有用性について検討した。内膜症性嚢胞の特異的なMR所見であるshadillg(T2強調像における信号低下)が3テスラ装置でより鋭敏に観察されることが判明し、磁化率強調画像による嚢胞壁へのヘモジデリン沈着の検出とともに診断精度の向上に寄与することが示唆された。
