Research Abstract |
構造的クロマチン因子high mobility group Aタンパク質(HMGA)の癌病態における分子作用機構と治療的アプローチとして、以下の3点についての知見が得られた。1)Retinoblastomaタンパク質(RB)との相互作用による異常増殖への作用。2)膵臓癌において、細胞接着因子E-cadherinの発現抑制性転写因子SNAIL発現活性化による、上皮間葉転換維持。3)let-7micro RNAによるHMGA遺伝子発現制御機構と膵臓癌表現型への影響。
