Research Abstract

Neuropilin-1プラスミドを用いてneuropilin-1低発現の膵癌細胞COLO357にneuropilin-1を導入したところ、Np-1高発現株では抗癌剤投与によるsurvivalが増加し、apoptosisが減少した.Neuropilin-1の抗apoptosis効果にはcaspase-3の関与が考えられた.膵癌細胞株、ヒト膵癌組織を用いた検討では、膵癌においてSTAT5A、5B mRNA、蛋白の発現が確認されさらにSTAT5Bの活性化が認められたが、PANC-1を用いたSTAT-5 siRNAによる実験ではSTAT5とsurvival,apoptosisの関連は認められなかった.
