Research Abstract

研究代表者らは、"機能的に関連した一連の遺伝子セット"を解析単位とする解析手法を用いる事によって、肺腺癌の多様性に関する"ターゲットパスウェイ"の抽出に成功した。
この"ターゲットパスウェイ"を基にした判別モデルを用いて、独立した肺腺癌データを解析したところ、統計的に有意に、術後予後良好群と予後不良群に分類することができた。
また、肺腺癌細胞株を用いた検討により、"ターゲットパスウェイ"に対する阻害活性を持つ薬剤の感受性予測モデルの構築にも成功した。
