Research Abstract |
NieらはThromboxane A2が血管内皮細胞のTP受容体に作用し血管内皮細胞の遊走を促進させ腫瘍の血管新生及び転移形成を促進させると報告した(Biochemi. Biophy. Rese. Com 2000)。しかしながら、下肢虚血モデルを用いてThromboxane A2が血小板の凝集を増強させたと同時に血管新生を促進させた報告例はない。本実験で申請者は血小板凝集能の差のあるTP+/+、TP-/-で下肢虚血モデルを作成し、虚血部位の血管新生部位に血小板由来のVEGFとSDF-1が骨髄に作用しCXCR4+VEGFR1+造血前駆細胞を虚血組織に動員させ虚血の改善を増強することを明らかにした。
