Research Abstract

我々は手指の機械受容器刺激装置を独自に開発し,機械受容器刺激後の体性感覚野の信号処理のプロセスを可視化することに成功した.また,動物実験モデルを用い,神経障害と修復における電気生理学的な機能評価を行った.また,臨床研究として,四肢の異常感覚を有する脊髄障害に関連する電気生理学的研究を行った.今後さらに感覚障害の程度あるいは障害の特性の違いにおける体性感覚野の反応についての研究をすすめる予定である.
