Research Abstract

Aktは酸化ストレスにより一過性にリン酸化されると同時に、活性部位近傍に存在する還元型のcysteine297とcysteine311は酸化されS-S結合を形成する。変異解析の結果よりAkt分子はcysteine297およびcysteine311のいずれもが還元型として存在している状態でのみ、酸化ストレスに反応してリン酸化され、活性化されることを明らかにした。
