| Research Abstract |
ヒートショックプロテイン90(Hsp90)は癌の治療耐性を規定する様々な蛋白の発現と機能を担保する。細胞毒性を示さない低用量のHsp90阻害剤は、これら治療耐性関連蛋白の発現と機能を抑制し、膀胱癌細胞の化学放射線療法治療耐性克服を可能とした。Hsp90 阻害剤は、正常尿路上皮細胞に対しては、癌細胞にみられた強い治療増感効果を示さなかったことから、その増感作用は癌細胞選択的であることが示唆された。
