| Research Abstract |
本研究では、まず血液細胞に対する胎盤特異的遺伝子50 個を網羅的に選択した。一絨毛膜双胎例において、のちに双胎間輸血症候群(TTTS)を発症する群は、発症しない群と比較して、発症前から母体血漿中cell-free placental(cfp)-mRNA流入量の上昇を認めた。また、前置胎盤例において、子宮摘出群は子宮温存群と比較して、分娩前の母体血漿中における胎盤特異的cell-free mRNA流入量の上昇を認めた。ついで、胎盤特異的cDNAマイクロアレイパネルを作成し、母体血漿中cfp-mRNA流入量の変化を網羅的に解析した。すると、高血圧が重症型の妊娠高血圧症候群(PIH)と関連する流入パターンが同定され、本法は、妊娠合併症の病態解明や胎盤機能検査に有用と考えられた。
