Research Abstract |
我々は、少量の子宮内膜細胞を重度免疫不全マウスの腎被膜下へ移植することで均一の異所性内膜様組織を持つモデルを作成し、その内膜様組織の非侵襲的かつリアルタイムな定量化が長期にわたり体外より可能なシステムを開発した。このシステムは既存の内膜症動物モデルが持つ問題点をすべて克服しており、内膜症および正常内膜の機能メカニズムの解明ツールとしてだけでなく内膜症の新規薬剤の評価システムとしても有用であると考えられる。
