| Research Abstract |
ストレスの客観的評価を耳鼻咽喉科テーラーメイド医療へ応用するために研究を行った。患者の遺伝的な素因がストレスによる患者固有の身体反応を出現させ、個々により治療効果も異なると考えられる。耳鼻咽喉科ストレス疾患患者に対する薬物療法として抗うつ薬を使用し、非薬物治療として認知行動療法、自律訓練法を行いその有用性について検討した。外来患者を対象に耳鼻咽喉科心身症の割合を明らかにした。
