| Research Abstract |
マグネトリポフェクションによりin vitroで培養網膜色素上皮(RPE)シートの任意の場所への選択的遺伝子導入が可能であり、導入効率はlipofectamin2000を使用した場合と同等であった。
また、lipofectamin2000の場合と異なり、この手法は細胞増殖に悪影響を与えなかった。さらに本法により重力方向ばかりでなく、横方向への選択的遺伝子導入も可能であり、in vivoにおいてもRPEへの遺伝子導入が可能であった。
