Research Abstract

我々は,当該研究期間において,ラット角膜実質細胞におけるギャップ結合タンパクConnexin43の発現を,角膜組織構造を破壊せずに観察する方法を確立した。さらに,角膜実質創傷治癒過程において,創傷部位に進展する線維芽細胞にも早期からCx43 が発現し,角膜実質細胞が積極的にそのネットワークを再構築しようと試みていることが明らかとなった。
