| Research Abstract |
PLGA mesh-collagen hybrid scaffoldはPLGAのみのscaffold同様自己の膠原線維を誘導するが、PLGAのみのものより厚い壁構造を保つため、ヘルニアの再発を防ぎ、成長障害や異物反応を起こさないscaffoldとして横隔膜ヘルニアの治療に有用である可能性が高い。間葉系幹細胞の有無は肉眼的にも、組織学的にも差異がない。筋組織の再生、誘導が今後の課題である。
