| Research Abstract |
蛍の発光遺伝子を組み込んだ遺伝子組み替えラットの脂肪組織を、通常のラットに移植した。術後in vivo imaging systemを用いて移植組織から発せられるluminescent signalを経時的に観察・定量することにより、生体内における移植組織のviabilityを測定した。
