Research Abstract

ラット心筋細胞にsiRNAを導入する実験は、In Vitro系はNucleofection法にて、 In Vivo系はHVJ Envelope Vectorを用いて行い、Real Time PCR及びWestern Blotで成功したことを確認した。p38MAP kinaseをノックダウンすることにより、サイトカイン放出及び心筋収縮力が低下することは、In Vitroの実験では確認した。In Vivo系において、心筋梗塞の減少効果については、今後実験結果を確認する予定である。
