Research Abstract

グラム陰性菌の細胞壁成分であるlipopolysaccharide(以下LPS)をBALB/cマウスに静脈注射すると,肺と肝臓への血小板の急速な集積とその脱顆粒によるアナフィラキシー様ショックが誘導される.今回,血小板との反応が心内膜炎に関与するとの報告もある真菌細胞壁成分マンナンによる血小板反応をマウスで検討したところ,LPS とは異なるメカニズムでショックを誘導することが示唆された.
