Research Abstract

マウス顎関節部において、神経マーカーであるPGP9.5に対する抗体を用い、下顎頭基部の骨膜相当部位に、PGP9.5陽性の神経終末様構造を確認した。終末様構造の観察は、骨膜部位への遠心性線維の存在の可能性を強く示唆すると考えられた。また、終末様構造にグルタミン酸トランスポーターの局在が示唆されたが、二重染色による局在性を確認するため、組織切片作成時の工夫が必要であり、今後の検討課題となった。
