Research Abstract

創傷治癒部位においては、骨髄より湧出し全身血管を循環している単核球あるいはangioblastまたは、局所動静脈壁の組織幹細胞が血管新生や免疫反応に関与することが示唆されている。本研究は歯髄傍血管に存在する幹・前駆細胞(CD34^+ ; CD31^- ; CD146^-SP細胞)の発現遺伝子を全身組織あるいは骨髄由来のものと網羅的に比較した。よって、深い齲蝕、歯髄炎、あるいは抜髄後の歯髄再生治療において、有用な細胞源を確保する手がかりを与えるものと期待される。
