| Research Abstract |
胎仔ラットの未成熟筋組織に骨形成因子であるBMPを作用させ,e-PTFE膜状で培養したところ,培養2週間後に骨様組織が誘導されていた(H-E染色).さらにこの培養組織が骨系の組織であることを組織(免疫染色),遺伝子,元素レベルで解析し,証明することができた.
