Research Abstract

ヒト口腔癌組織とヒト口腔癌由来株化細胞(HSC2, 3, 4)における膜タンパクADAM(ADAM12, ADAM19)のmRNA発現を調べたところ、ADAMサブタイプの発現量の差が僅かにみられたことが明らかにされた。膜タンパクADAM(ADAM12, ADAM19)の血管新生制御については今後も検討の追加が必要である。
