Research Abstract	歯槽骨延長による新生骨部位への歯の移植の成功率をあげるためには、移植床、移植歯、移植環境を良好とする必要性がある。本研究において、移植床である骨延長部の骨化は高気圧酸素療法を適用することにより促進されること、さらに周辺組織の血流回復も促されることが確認された。次に、骨延長量に対する骨化の度合いには閾値が存在することを明らかにし、実際の臨床において骨延長部に歯の移植を試みる場合、治療計画の段階で移植可能な総骨延長量を慎重に考える必要があることを示した。
