| Research Abstract |
齲蝕はミュータンス連鎖球菌により齲窩が形成され、また齲窩にグラム陰性菌が増殖することにより歯髄炎、歯髄壊死などの症状へと進展する。これらはプラーク細菌由来リポポリサッカライド(LPS)、マトリックスプロテアーゼ(MMPs)などが原因であり、このような炎症時には歯髄において好中球などの免疫担当細胞の浸潤、炎症性サイトカインの産生がみられることが知られている。そこで本研究では、乳歯歯髄由来線維芽細胞において、LPSおよび炎症性サイトカイン(TNF-α,IL-1β)刺激による、線維芽細胞のアデノシン受容体発現、MMP産生能について検討した。
