Research Abstract

身体侵襲を伴う看護技術の体験型学習の学習効果を検討した結果、援助的人間関係の形成の方法を修得できる学習方法であり、この援助的人間関係の形成の方法の修得は、身体侵襲を伴う看護技術の実地体験と看護実践能力の形成及び育成に関係する要因であることが示唆された。現在、身体侵襲を伴う看護技術教育については、倫理的配慮等によりモデルや模擬患者が検討されているが、今後、実地体験できる環境を検討していく必要がある。
