| Research Abstract |
チームリーダーの役割を担う立場にある臨床経験5年目程度の看護師には,「相互理解を深めるために自分や他者の感情を理解し調整できる能力」を育成する研修プログラムの提供が必要であり,その内容として(1)異和感を感じた場面の丁寧な振り返り,(2)継続した関わりと認知と行動化への支援,(3)グループワークによるエンパワメントの獲得,が重要であることがわかった.また,その後のやる気を維持・向上させるためには,管理者からの具体的で意義ある支援が欠かせないことが本研究により明らかになった.
