| Research Abstract |
ストレスと妊産婦の健康の関連についてはいくつかの先行研究があるが,そもそもストレスとは主観的なものであり,その反応には個人差があるため客観的評価が重視されている。また,ストレスが妊産婦の生体に及ぼすメカニズムの詳細については不明な点も多い。そこで本研究はストレスが妊産褥婦に及ぼす影響についてさらに追跡するとともに,妊娠・出産に関する安全性と快適さの確保を目指し,「妊産婦のストレスを適切に評価できる指標の開発」及び「ストレスが高い女性に対するケア指針の考案」を目指す。
