| Research Abstract |
本研究は、NICU収容児の知覚と運動の発達を促すこととして行う「赤ちゃん体操」の実施を通して、児の状態と母親の心身の健康状態、母子相互作用の変化を検証することである。具体的には、
(1) 「赤ちゃん体操」実施前後の児の反応を観察し、児の心身の健康状態と母子相互作用の評価のための指標を作成する。
(2) 「赤ちゃん体操」を児の母親が実施するためのプログラムとマニュアルを母子相互作用促進の側面を含めて作成する。
(3) 「赤ちゃん体操」を実施することによる母親への心理的身体的影響と母子相互作用への効果を検証する。
(4) 全国のNICU収容児に対する児の知覚と運動の発達を促進するためのケアの実態を明らかにする。 である。
