| Research Abstract |
本研究では、小児がんを罹患し、その治療を終え、長期間寛解を維持している小児がん患児とその母親を対象に、患児の健康に関する母親の心配と母親の心理的適応、および養育態度の関連について検討し、さらにはこれらの母親の要因と患児の学校不適応との関連について検討した。その結果、子どもの健康に関する心配が強い母親には、「受容・責任回避タイプ」と「低受容タイプ」の2つの養育態度パターンが存在しており、このうち、「受容・責任回避タイプ」の養育を行う場合に、患児の学校不適応感は高くなることがわかった。また, パス解析からも, 小児がん患者の母親の心配は養育態度および患児の学校不適応感に影響を与えていることが明らかとなった。以上の結果から、小児がん患児の母親は治療終了後も長期にわたり患児の健康に関する心配を強く抱いている場合があり、母親の心理的苦痛および養育態度に対する支援が必要と考えられた。
