Research Abstract

本研究で対象としたのは、タイ・バンコクに拠点をもつコミュニティ組織開発機構(CODI)である。コミュニティ組織開発機構(CODI)とは、都市スラム・農村貧困地区にマイクロファイナンス原資を与える中央基金の運営事務局であり、社会開発・人間安全保障省の下にある独立行政法人である。CODIで注目される点、それは、住民のイニシアチブを見守り、そのダイナミズムに適応するように組織を変化させる柔軟な政府機関である、ということであった。
