| Research Abstract |
本研究は航空会社間の提携行動, および新規事業者の参入路線を主題に, 理論的分析を行っている。前者の研究成果として, 複数の航空会社が提携相手を選択し, そこで実現する提携の形態が示された点, また社会厚生の観点から見て, 望ましくない提携が結ばれる場合があり, 政策的介入の必要性を主張できた点が挙げられる。後者については, 新規事業者の路線参入の分析モデルを構築でき, 新規事業者が参入する路線は必ずしも社会厚生上, 望ましい路線とは限らないことを示し, 参入路線への誘導政策の必要性を提案できた点である。
