Research Abstract

藻類細胞の光合成活性を電気化学的にモニタリング可能なバイオセンシングデバイスの開発を行った.スクリーン印刷を用いて藻類細胞を印刷によって安定に電極上に固定化する技術を確立した.固定化した藻類細胞の光合成による酸素発生を電気化学的にモニタリングすることで, 除草剤の毒性を4minで評価可能となった.また, 藻類の鞭毛運動および走光性活性変化を迅速に検知可能な新規細胞バイオセンサを開発した
