| Research Abstract |
蛍光標識コンドロイチン(PA-CH)オリゴ糖およびポリマーを大腸菌由来コンドロイチンポリメラーゼ(K4CP)で合成し、遺伝子組み換えコンドロイチン硫酸基転移酵素群で上記PA-CHを硫酸化修飾し、各種合成コンドロイチン硫酸ライブラリーを構築した。また、合成コンドロイチン硫酸オリゴ8糖(PA-CS8)の糖鎖配列を決定できる方法を確立した。合成PA-CSライブラリーを用いて表面プラズモン測定装置や蛍光高速液体クロマトグラフィーにより、CS結合性生理活性分子との親和性解析を行った。
