Research Abstract	ゲノムから転写されたRNAのうち、プロセッシングを受けた分子はmRNAとなり、細胞質へ移動し、蛋白質が翻訳される際の鋳型となる。近年、細胞質へ移動することなく核内で蓄積し機能を持つmRNAの存在と重要性が指摘されており、本研究ではその一つであるGomafu RNAの機能と核内繋留メカニズムの解析を行った。Gomafu RNAに結合する蛋白質を同定し、そのうちスプライシングに関る因子について詳細な結合様式と機能制御を解析した。
