| Research Abstract |
ABA応答には転写因子であるAREBがリン酸化することでシグナル伝達することが知られている。さまざまな浸透圧ストレスのうち、乾燥およびマンニトール処理においてリン酸化レベルが最も高く、次いでNaClおよびABA処理において高いことが明らかになった。10分の乾燥ストレス処理時点ですでにリン酸化が見られ、6時間にかけてリン酸化レベルが上昇することが明らかになった。さらに乾燥ストレス処理30分の植物体を用いて組織別のリン酸化レベルを測定したところ根において最もストレスを受けていた。ABA 合成の最終段階の反応を触媒している合成酵素アルデヒドオキシダーゼが根端において発現していることからも、浸透圧ストレス応答は根でシグナルを受容し、植物全体にシグナルが輸送されることが示唆された。リン酸化に係る遺伝子について3次元イメージング法を用いた解析は現在進行中である。
