| Research Abstract |
本研究は、メタゲノムライブラリーのハイスループットなスクリーニング系であるSIGEX (Substrate Induced Gene Expression) 法に用いる為の宿主を、大腸菌以外に拡張する事を目的として行い、大腸菌及び古草菌で使用可能なシャトルベクターの構築に成功した。またSIGEX 法で得られる陽性クローンをレポーターシステムとして利用する新規の酵素活性スクリーニング法、PIGEX (Product Induced Gene Expression) 法の開発も併せて行い、当該法を用いて新規な安息香酸アミダーゼをメタゲノムライブラリーからスクリーニングする事に成功した。
