Research Abstract

右大脳半球の病変別、身体要因別にみてコミュニケーションパターンに特徴があった。病変別では、【わからない】、【意思表示が強い】、【感情のコントロールが利かない】、【周りとの調和がとれない】、【記憶がない】が見られた。また、身体要因別では、日常生活動作が著しく低下した対象には、言語的メッセージとメタコミュニケーションの不一致、非言語的メッセージ、無言で一方的パターン、自己防衛的パターンが見られた。
