| Research Abstract |
子宮内膜症は、近年罹患率が増加し、また不妊症との関連も示唆されるなど、病態の解明が急がれる疾患である。本研究においては、子宮内膜症患者において、異常子宮運動により惹起される機械的刺激が、子宮内膜症における重要な病態である、増殖能、線維化の促進に働くことを示した。さらに機械的刺激に加え、細胞へのストレスとして注目されている、小胞体ストレスと本疾患の関連につき、その治療への応用の可能性も含め検討した。
