Research Abstract

大腸癌細胞株・大腸癌組織におけるDermokineの発現解析を行い、分泌型が、発現している事を明らかにした。そこで、血清腫瘍マーカーとしての応用性へ向けて、分泌型に対する抗体を作成し、血清検査系を構築した。
