Research Abstract	本研究では、一酸化窒素合成酵素(NOS)のPETイメージングを目的として、その分子プローブ開発およびプローブ合成における標識反応の開発を行った。反応開発として、PET標識条件下における炭素-炭素結合、特に最も反応性の低いsp^3-sp^3カップリング反応を放射条件下において行うことに成功した。現在、所属研究室ではsp-sp^3、sp^2-sp^3カップリング反応を効率的に行うことができているが、sp^3-sp^3カップリング反応に成功したことにより、さらに多くの化合物への標識が可能となるものである。
