| Research Abstract |
本研究では、免疫機能正常マウスを用いたデング出血熱発症モデルの開発における基礎データとして、マウス由来細胞において増殖能の高いウイルスおよび、よりデングウイルス増幅能の高いマウス由来細胞株の選定を行った。さらに、新たにマーモセットのデングウイルスに対する感受性を検索したところ、他の霊長類事件動物に比べ高い感受性を有し、時に発熱などの臨床症状を呈することが示された。また、感染マーモセットより分離されたウイルスにおいてはこれまでに検索した全ての分離株に共通のアミノ酸変異を伴う点変異が非構造蛋白質コード領域に認められた。これらの結果を踏まえ、今後デング出血熱発症モデルの構築を進め、その発症機序の解明を行っていきたい。
