Research Abstract	一般に流通する米に含まれる農薬類10種のモニタリング分析を、加圧流体抽出法 (PLE) を用いた方法により行った。PLE条件は温度: 130 ℃, 圧力: 10 MPa, 時間: 10分×2サイクルが最適であることを示し、そのときの対象農薬類の回収率は83-109%と十分であった。この方法により米54試料を分析した結果、玄米1試料から殺菌剤ferimzoneが検出されたが、低濃度で健康等に問題がないレベルであった。
