Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Two papers have been published so far. One of them was published in prestigious Physical Review Letters and was Highlighted by the editors. One project is currently under peer-review. Following the success of the simulator paper, I am developing new ideas of simulation of exotic quantum systems which will also allow for precise measurements in the context of quantum metrology. The results of the conducted research are planned to be presented at international conferences in Poland and Spain. I expect to submit another paper by the end of June, and 1-2 more papers by the end of the fellowship.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
1: Research has progressed more than it was originally planned.
Reason
2 papers have already been published and a third should appear soon. Another paper is expected to be published before the end of the fellowship and 1-3 are expected to be submitted to journals before the end of the fellowship.
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
The plan for the future work includes using the Dicke model and the spin-orbit coupled Bose-Einstein condensate as platforms for quantum simulations of exotic quantum systems. I plan to propose how to use these systems to study physics of seemingly remote physical systems and also propose how to use these systems in precision measurements.
