地球の深部は極めて高い圧力と温度が支配しており、文字通りのフロンティアで直接探査が不可能な領域です。このような「直接観る」ことが不可能な世界を理解するため、本課題では特にそのダイナミクスに焦点をあて、地球中心圧力温度環境下での地球物質の変形実験実現を目指し新しい装置を開発しました。
