Outline of Opinions Expressed in the Review Results

アレルギー性皮膚炎における毛包の役割、毛包周囲微小環境における免疫系幹細胞や調節型T細胞による免疫制御・修飾機構を検討する課題であり、アトピー性皮膚炎モデルマウス毛包のマイクロバイオーム解析やアトピー性皮膚炎モデルマウスと無毛化マウスを用いた経毛包物質輸送の検討などが計画されている。
アレルギー性皮膚炎における毛包の役割を解明する本課題は学術的独自性や独創性が高い。本課題の計画が達成されるならば、新たなアレルギー炎症誘導メカニズムが解明されるのみならず、治療戦略確立の基盤となるので、大きな波及効果も期待できる。
