Outline of Annual Research Achievements	While some of the planned work for the project was delayed due to COVID-19, we were able to complete setting up the theoretical model, solving the model analytically, and writing a first draft of the paper. We also held a number of online symposiums related to the project, and invited scholars doing related research to present their work and comment on each other's research. Due to COVID-19, part of the research budget related to interviewing of migrant workers, case studies, data collection and international conference participation had to be postponed to the following year, when we expect the pandemic to subside substantially.
Current Status of Research Progress	Current Status of Research Progress 2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned. Reason Except the disruptions caused by COVID-19, everything else related to this project is being carried out smoothly.
Strategy for Future Research Activity	We plan to participate in international conferences and present the preliminary results of the research project, hoping to draw comments and suggestions and improve the paper and this project in general.
