Outline of Annual Research Achievements

〔負荷軸角度・トルクセンサフィードバックによる制御性能の向上と垂直多関節ロボット制御への展開〕
2022年度では,21年度に開発・解析した負荷軸角度およびトルクセンサフィードバックによる柔軟ロボットの「安全性と高速高精度を両立する運動制御アルゴリズムを,供試ロボットに対する数値シミュレーションおよび実機実験によって以下のように検証した。
1.ロボット制御系設計においては,21年度に引き続き,安全性と高速高精度を両立する運動制御として,「ロボットと人との衝突に対する衝撃力モデル作成と緩和制御系の検証」を,ロボットと環境との接触および衝突に対する「安全性」をロボットアーム側からみたバックドライバビリティ性能の向上と関連付け,上記トルクセンサフィードバックと併せて外乱の推定と補償,さらにロボットアーム側のインピーダンス制御による衝撃力の緩和を数値シミュレーションと実機により検証し,提案制御アルゴリズムの有効性を実証した。
2.衝撃力の事前解析および評価に際しては,ヘルツの接触応力式に基づき,人のインピーダンスモデルを用いた衝撃力の定式化を行い,衝撃力の緩和制御により,センサおよび推定器による衝突時点の検出,衝突後のインピーダンス制御への切り替えとアーム食い込み動作の回避,安全な距離へのアーム離脱を,それぞれ数値シミュレーションおよび実機により検証し,提案制御アルゴリズムの有効性を実証した。
3.以上の実機実験検証に当たっては,研究室に現有および本補助金で整備した水平2軸および垂直4軸柔軟ロボットを対象に,CCDレーザ変位計を用いたロボット先端の位置決め性能評価(検出精度50μm)を実施した。
