Outline of Annual Research Achievements

新興・再興感染症が世界的に流行を繰り返す中,水際対策の要となる空港や港で感染症罹患者を迅速に検出し,流行を最小限に抑えることが求められる.本研究では,複数の生体センサを機能的な融合により安定的かつ高精度にバイタルサインを完全に非接触で同時計測し,短時間で感染症罹患者を検出する新型感染症検疫システムの実用化を目的としている.
今年度は,CCDカメラ,赤外線サーモカメラ及びマイクロ波レーダにより,3種類のセンサを機能的に融合させたマルチ生体センサのバイタルサイン計測機能を実現し,完全非接触型システムのプロトタイプを試作した.CCDカメラを用いて顔画像の血液量の変動に伴う反射光の変化から心拍波形を抽出した.赤外線サーモカメラを利用して鼻腔付近の呼吸によって生じる温度変化から呼吸波形を抽出した.マイクロ波レーダからは,呼吸運動と心拍運動に伴う体表面の微小振動から呼吸・心拍信号を同時に取得した.また,同非接触型システムのプロトタイプから計測されたバイタルサインデータをクラウドサーバに転送し,計測データを可視化を可能になるIoT化を実現した.以上の研究成果を,国際論文誌4件や国内外の学会13件の研究発表を行った.また,システム性能評価などでベトナム国立熱帯病病院と国際共同研究を実施した.

Reason

当初の計画通り,画像センサを融合した完全非接触型バイタルサイン計測システムのプロトタイプを試作し,計測性能を評価した.また,システムのIoT化を完成し,クラウドサーバにデータ転送とWebサーバで計測データの可視化が可能になった.従って,初年度は計画通り順調に進展していると判断する.

初年度の研究目的を達成することができたので, 次年度は計画通りに研究を推進する.
