Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Developing flexible transgenic viral methods has been challenging in modern life science. Here, we created a novel concept, “Battle of transgenes,” and succeeded in developing the new method, “BATTLE,” enabling split-tunable transgene expression. Furthermore, combining it with the expansion microscope method, we also developed “BATTLE-1EX,” which visualized the whole structures of synapses and localizations of endogenous synaptic proteins with high resolutions.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
